TYPE OF ENGAGEMENT.
RoomWe offers a seamless solution for international new college students, seek roommates on or off campus. Our unique approach integrates a user-friendly mini-program within WeChat, which connect students directly to their ideal roommates. This strategic placement allows us to seamlessly connect students with potential roommates who match their location, lifestyle, preferences and even personalities.
MY ROLE.
Conducted market research, competitive analysis, user research, user interviews, and usability tests to identify potential needs of the target audience.
Led the development of the storyboard, user flow, and low-fidelity wireframes using Miro.
Designed the visual identity and UI/UX product prototype with Figma, iterating the prototype and user interfaces based on feedback.
Assisted in developing the front-end design using WeChat's adaptation of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
